Virginia and Indiana are the first two states to pass regulations for daily fantasy sports. Meanwhile, here in New York, a temporary ban has been placed on companies DraftKings and FanDuel by attorney general Eric Schneiderman.

This has others in the DFS community, specifically on the small business side, wondering what the future holds. There is a new coalition aimed at keeping the online sports gambling in the state. Alex Kaganovsky, a managing partner for Fantasy Football Players Championships joins us. He is a member of the new Small Businesses of Fantasy Sports Trade Association coalition.
